When you’re trying to find your dream home, it’s important to know what style you’re looking for. Do you want a cozy cottage or a modern mansion? A farmhouse or a penthouse? Once you know what style you want, you can start following accounts that feature homes in that style.
Use hashtags
Are you looking for your dream home, but don’t want to spend a fortune? Look no further than Instagram! There are tons of great accounts that feature beautiful homes that are affordable. You can use their filters to find the type of house you’re looking for: by region, price, size or style. If you live in a major city like New York City or Los Angeles, @coolhousingnyc and @housesharenyc have fun pics of amazing apartments with rent prices under $1,000 per month.
Search by location
There’s no need to spend hours scrolling through aimlessly – use the search function on Instagram and enter in some keywords like home, house, or property. For example, if you want to find a property in the United States, type in #USA and see what comes up.
You can also add in other filters like for sale or real estate. Once you find a few accounts that look promising, start following them!
